    Position Overview

    Location: Paris (France) 

    We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Computer Vision Engineer to join our Propershot team at Meero, focusing on our Real Estate product line (B2B & B2C). As part of an agile, startup-like team of 11 people within Meero, you will play a crucial role in advancing our AI-powered image processing solutions for the real estate industry.

    As a Computer Vision Engineer on our team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of feature development from research and prototyping to scalable deployment. Your expertise will directly impact how real estate professionals present properties, making high-quality visuals accessible and effortless.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms for different applications.

    • Lead and manage computer vision projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to integrate computer vision solutions into products.

    • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning and GenAI technologies.

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all computer vision projects and processes.

    • Evaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of computer vision development.

    Profil

    Minimum Qualifications/Skills

    • Preferred PhD degree in Machine Learning or Computer Vision, with a strong focus on GenAI.

    • Proficiency in Python and strong expertise in PyTorch.

    • Experience with generative models such as diffusion models, in particular in-depth understanding of model architecture and ability to adjust and finetune state-of-the-art models.

    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders and demonstrated success in developing and executing AI strategies that align with business objectives.

    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive projects involving complex technical challenges with a high degree of ownership, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance

    • Strong French communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Preferred:

    • Good knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git),containerization (Docker), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and Agile methodologies.

    • Both English and French communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Is a plus: contribution to open source projects in the GenAI field.
